myPractice Software is a Trading Name of Best Practice Pty Ltd (ACN:  104 808 988, ABN: 92 104 808 988)

Transactions will be billed in Australian dollars

Refund Policy:

myPractice Desktop License:

myPractice offers all users a 30 day unlimited trial on the products listed above. Customers are encouraged not to make a Purchase unless completely satisfied with the product.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of License Purchase as long as the all copies of the program are deactivated via the Help > Deactivate License option in myPractice and a request for Refund is made to alliedsales@bpsoftware.net within that 7 day period.

myPractice Software Assurance:

Refunds/Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days after Purchase. The Customer must make a request for Refund to alliedsales@bpsoftware.net within that 7 day period.

Delivery of Purchases:

myPractice Desktop License:

The latest versions of all products purchased are available for download from our website immediately. License Keys are generated for all purchases and sent to the Customers registered email address within 24hours of purchase (usually within 4hrs).

If you have not received your License Key within 24hrs, please check your Spam folder first before contacting alliedsales@bpsoftware.net

myPractice Software Assurance:  

Software Assurance purchases are confirmed via an email from alliedsales@bpsoftware.net which states your new Software Assurance expiry date.

This email is sent to the Customers registered email address within 24hours of purchase (usually within 4hrs). If you have not received your confirmation within 24hrs, please check your Spam folder first before contacting alliedsales@bpsoftware.net
